Conneticut
New London/WBDC Small Business Grant Program – Must have been in business at least two years and be located in New London, Connecticut. Grants up to $10,000. Apply by 12/1/2022
Georgia
Columbus, GA Grants – Small businesses physically located in the city of Columbus (three options – small biz, hospitality and non-profits). Grants up to $40,000
Invest Atlanta Commercial Property Improvement Grant – Small business owners can apply for grants up to $50,000 that can be used for both interior and exterior upgrades to their commercial property. Minority-owned small companies in underinvested neighborhoods, as designated in the One Atlanta Economic Mobility Plan, are given precedence when determining eligibility for small businesses across the city.
Illinois
Small Business Improvement Fund – Chicago – Grants for ongoing building maintenance and enhancements. The program is administered by the Department of Planning and Development in Chicago. Grants that cover between 30 and 90 percent of the costs of remodeling or construction are available to local businesses. Up to $250,000 in funding. Depending on where in Chicago you are applying, there are various deadlines.
Louisiana
Hispanic Owned Business Grant for Louisiana – Must be at least 51% Hispanic owned business for profit business operating in the state of Louisiana and be/become a Member of Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Louisiana. Grants are $2,500 – first come, first served.
Virginia
VBthrive grant – For-profit business licensed and located in the City of Virginia Beach and currently open to the public are eligible to apply. Funding up to $50,000. Apply by 11/30/2022
