Women in Innovation Fund (WIN Fund) –  (AFRICA SPECIFIC) Women-led businesses and entrepreneurs working on health breakthroughs and enhancing access to healthcare in Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa, and Uganda. Apply by 11/30/2022

Association of Women’s Business Centers – FThis grant program will compensate employers for training costs incurred by small enterprises that want to train and upskill low-wage individuals age 50 and over up to $2,000–$2,500 per employee. Apply by 11/30/2022

Girls in Tech Startup Challenge -The startup must have at least one female founder, a software or hardware product, and be less than 24 months old. A pitch competition featuring a $20,000 grand prize. Apply by 11/25/2022

Workshop at Macys – The Workshop at Macy’s prepares underrepresented retail businesses for the next stage of sustained growth through a thorough retail curriculum and mentoring program from top executives of Macy’s, Inc. and industry partners. Apply by 11/30/2022


New London/WBDC Small Business Grant Program – Must have been in business at least two years and be located in New London, Connecticut. Grants up to $10,000. Apply by 12/1/2022


Columbus, GA Grants – Small businesses physically located in the city of Columbus (three options – small biz, hospitality and non-profits). Grants up to $40,000

Invest Atlanta Commercial Property Improvement Grant – Small business owners can apply for grants up to $50,000 that can be used for both interior and exterior upgrades to their commercial property. Minority-owned small companies in underinvested neighborhoods, as designated in the One Atlanta Economic Mobility Plan, are given precedence when determining eligibility for small businesses across the city.


Small Business Improvement Fund – Chicago – Grants for ongoing building maintenance and enhancements. The program is administered by the Department of Planning and Development in Chicago. Grants that cover between 30 and 90 percent of the costs of remodeling or construction are available to local businesses. Up to $250,000 in funding. Depending on where in Chicago you are applying, there are various deadlines.


Hispanic Owned Business Grant for Louisiana – Must be at least 51% Hispanic owned business for profit business operating in the state of Louisiana and be/become a Member of Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Louisiana.  Grants are $2,500 – first come, first served.


VBthrive grant – For-profit business licensed and located in the City of Virginia Beach and currently open to the public are eligible to apply. Funding up to $50,000. Apply by 11/30/2022
